...Valentine's Day is rearing it's ugly head soon. Staying inside is my preferred method of avoiding it; though that is a waste of a perfectly good Saturday.

I suppose there is a no better opportunity to catch up on paperwork.

Ever since my return from Holiday, it's been non-stop work (as well as expected). A murder case begins tomorrow, which I am particularly anxious for. *smirk* That judge and jury will be eating out of my hand.

Phoenix seemed... well. Flustered and frustrated, as the fool typically is. Perhaps if he didn't have such an idiotic staff working for him, he'd get some work done. Clearly the concept must go over his head.

(ooc: *dies* I want a Phoenix ;____; !! Not even for yaoi, just their interactions alone would be priceless. XD )

I regret that during such a chaotic time for the underground movement, I must leave... alas. I require a Holiday break and am in desperate need of a manicure. I owe Phoenix and Franziska a much anticipated visit as well, it's been quite some time since I've seen either of them. 

In the meantime, my secretarial office will yet remain open for arranging appointments until my official return. I'm rather curious if this fiery riot case will be brought to me or not. *smirk* It would certainly be a welcome present if it did.

...As I'd previously feared, there has been an overwhelming influx of clients ever since the office opened. Most certainly nothing I can't handle *smirk* but it is rather time consuming. Suppose hiring another secretary or two is now but an inevitability.

I'm looking forward to my court case on Wednesday... a good, hearty slap of justice, just in time for Christmas.

The amount of turmoil this city has endured for a poorly written law is... intriguing.   I do so enjoy a good challenge. *smirk*

My practice will officially open tomorrow. One secretary should suffice for now, but should it be chaotic as Tokyo... well, I will consider hiring another.
